Delivery and Refund Policy

  1. Our goal at Tech SOS is to provide our customers with fast and efficient service. We strive to start working on your issue within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
  2. However, please note that this 30-minute window is for the start of delivery and not for the completion of the service. The time required to fully resolve an issue can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the problem.
  3. In the event that we are unable to start working on your issue within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you are eligible to request a refund.
  4. Tech SOS shall not be held liable for any delays or issues that are beyond our control, such as third-party vendor problems or hardware issues.
  5. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Tech SOS and shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
  6. The customer shall not claim any damage for latency or any other issues that may arise from the use of Tech SOS services.
  7. If the customer does not use the full purchased package within the validity period, they are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, we charge for the process of providing the service regardless of the outcome. As such, a lack of resolution does not qualify for a refund.
