How do I get started with your services?
To get started with our services, simply select the package that best suits your needs and purchase it on our website. Once your payment is confirmed, one of our specialists will contact you to schedule your service.
What are the different services you offer?
We offer a range of services including remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repair for computers and mobile devices.
How much do your services cost?
Our services start at 9.99 USD for 10 minutes of consultation without remote services, 19.99 USD for 10 minutes of consultation with remote services, and 39.99 USD for 30 minutes of consultation with remote services. All packages are valid for 24 hours. If you are looking for a special quote, or your required package is not listed above, just write to us and we will make one for you.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
